Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been packed or dispatched. Once an order has been packed, labelled, or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at biopeptides.us@gmail.com with your order number. We process and dispatch orders quickly, so please reach out immediately after placing your order if you need to cancel.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
Please note that all payments are made via Bitcoin (BTC), which are irreversible by nature. If you wish to cancel an order before it has been packed, we will issue store credit or arrange a replacement order of equal or lower value.
If payment is not received within 24 hours of placing your order, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Payment Terms
We accept payment exclusively via Bitcoin (BTC). Payment instructions will be provided on the thank you page after placing your order.
Orders must be paid within 24 hours of placement. If payment is not received within this window, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Bitcoin payments are irreversible. Please ensure all payment details are correct before sending funds. Bio Peptides is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect addresses.
All prices are listed in USD. Bio Peptides reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the final price.
