All sales are final. Due to the specialized nature of our research compounds, strict storage and handling requirements, and safety considerations — we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances. We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged Items Upon Delivery

Your satisfaction and the integrity of our products are our priorities. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please don't hesitate to reach out — we will do our best to make it right.

All outgoing orders are documented and photographed prior to shipment to prevent fraudulent claims.

To initiate a claim, please contact us at biopeptides.us@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide the following:

· Your order number
· Clear photographs of the damaged product and its original packaging

Once we receive and verify the provided information, we will assess the claim at our sole discretion. If approved, we will issue store credit for the product value, excluding original shipping charges.

3. No Responsibility for Lost or Delayed Shipments

Bio Peptides is not responsible for any delays, losses, or seizures that occur once an order has been dispatched. This includes packages lost in transit, delayed by postal services, or seized by customs. No refunds or replacements will be issued in these cases.

Customers are solely responsible for understanding import regulations in their country before placing an order. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts that Bio Peptides bears no liability for the delivery outcome of any shipment.
