1. Shipping Destinations
We ship within the United States only. We do not accept international orders at this time.
2. Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location within the US.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
3. Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no product branding on the outside. Orders are carefully packaged to maintain product integrity during transit.
4. Delivery Issues
Bio Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other events outside our control. We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
